Bryan Payne casual portrait

Assertiveness and intelligence balanced with empathy.

Every day, reflecting upon the memory of those who came before me, I am reminded of the resilience and resolve it takes to overcome insurmountable obstacles.

A central figure in my life’s work is my late grandfather, a Tuskegee Airman, Second Lieutenant in the U.S. Army Air Forces, and recipient of the Congressional Gold Medal. Faced with constant adversity during World War II and in his civilian life, he personified fortitude, steadfastness, and perseverance. I bring these very same traits to my law practice for the sole purpose of pursuing justice for my clients.

With more than 17 years of experience at nationally recognized personal injury law firms, I approach cases with a focus and determination that allows me to vigorously fight for my clients’ interests while maintaining my empathy and humanity throughout the litigation process.

Even when confronting large corporations with unlimited resources, I remain committed to delivering client-centered, solution-oriented legal counsel, and providing the necessary expertise to pursue my clients’ cases all the way - no matter how long it takes.
