When you go to a personal injury law firm, you want to make sure that the law firm has the resources to see your case through. And what I'm talking about when I say resources, you clearly want to have a lawyer, but you also want to have a lawyer that works with paralegals that can help out with your case. You want to have a legal assistant that's also involved in the case.

The way I do things and the way we do things at the law firm that I work at is we do things in teams. And there typically are multiple lawyers that are involved in any one case because oftentimes if one lawyer is involved in another matter, one of the other lawyers is able to step in and to make sure that there's continuity and to make sure that there's no stalling in your case, we want your case moving forward.

We don't want to lose momentum. We don't want a lot of stops and starts. We want continuity. And so it's important that we do have a team, and each member of the team is responsible for certain aspects of your case. And so you want to make sure that when you're looking at a firm, do they have the resources, do they have the people in place that are going to help you achieve what it is that you're trying to achieve.

You also want to make sure that they have the financial resources to make sure that your case can be litigated in the way that it deserves to be litigated. And what I mean by that is, as I mentioned earlier, we go up against really large clients, insurance companies, large corporations, and they have unlimited resources as far as we're concerned. So you want to make sure that you have a partnership with a law firm that has the resources so that we can mount the fight that your case deserves.

So you need the people and you need the financial wherewithal to go up against some of the biggest and baddest and meanest corporations. The main thing I would say as to why Robins Cloud should be on your side, it's because we've been in business long enough to know who the players are.

We've been in business long enough to know what to expect from certain defendants. And we've shown that we're not afraid of a fight, that we're not afraid of a defendant, no matter how big the defendant is. We go up against some of the largest companies in the world: car manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies. As I've mentioned previously, big insurance companies. We have a proven record of not running from the fight, but running to the fight.

It's something that at the end of the day, it's important that your lawyer gets along with the lawyer on the other side. And when I say the other side, that means the defendant's lawyer. I'm a plaintiff's lawyer. I'm always on the person's side. So it's important that you get along with the other side.

But then there comes a time when they're not being cooperative and when they're being a little bit stubborn, that you've got to have the know-how, the expertise to know how to match them in whatever it is that they're trying to throw at you. But Robins Cloud is very well positioned to understand that because of the types of cases that we've handled in the past and our proven record of going up against and winning against some of the largest corporations in America.

Final Thoughts

Many personal injury lawyers, including myself, will give a free initial consultation so you can determine if I am someone you feel comfortable sharing sensitive information with, and working with for at least several months to as long as a few years.
